Yes. We do ship to International Destinations. However there will be an additional delivery charge. Also we do not provide cash on delivery outside India. Our customer care team will get in touch with you once you place you order and will inform you on the additional delivery charge and expected date of delivery of your item. You may also send us a mail at info@myluxurybargain.com with the product name and the country of delivery; and we will inform you on the additional delivery charge and timelines.

RETURN & CANCELLATION RELATED QUERIES-

You can cancel your order before you receive a mail confirming your order. Once we send a mail confirming your order, we hand over the item to our logistic partner, post which the order cannot be cancelled. You can initiate the process to cancel your order by calling us at +91 8376914422 or by sending an email at info@myluxurybargain.com.

Your refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days.

SELLER RELATED QUERIES-

It’s simple, after you have filled the Selling Form and submitted the images of your item, our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours with a provisional quote for your item. Once you agree to the provisional quote we collect your item though our logistics partner. The item will then be checked and authenticated, and a final quote will be provided. On your agreement to the final quote we photograph the item and list it on the website. Once the item is sold we transfer the amount via cheque/bank transfer to your bank account.

The identity of all buyers and sellers are kept confidential at all times. We take utmost care to ensure that 100% confidentiality is maintained of all person(s) using the portal to buy or sell merchandise.
Payment will be done via cheque or bank transfer, whichever is convenient with you.

When we provide a provisional quote for your item we also share the commission that will be charged on the sale of your item.

My Luxury Bargain keeps your item in a secure and temperature controlled facility for the purpose of maintaining its condition and quick delivery.
Our experts provide a price for your item. The price is decided by keeping several factors into consideration; like – Brand, style, retail price, condition, availability and demand for the item.
We will keep your item for a period of 90 days. In case your item dose not sell post the 90 day period we will return your item. However before shipping your item we will reach out to you and discuss the option to reduce the price of your item and relist it for another 30 days. Any price reduction will happen in accordance with you.
Once your item is sold, the amount is transferred to your bank account within 10 working days.
If you want your item back after the 90 day consignment period we will ship it to you and cover the cost of shipping. If you want the item within the 90 day consignment a cost of Rs 2500 will be charged. After you ask for your item back, there is a waiting period of 10 days after which we send your item.

Primarily there are two reasons that may lead to this, first the item is not in saleable condition i.e the item is damaged and cannot be resold. In such a scenario we return the item and bear all costs of transportation.

Second the item is a counterfeit, in such a scenario there will be a cost of Rs. 5000 to return the item.

Yes our logistic partner will collect your item from you at a time convenient with you.

All delivery cost are borne by My Luxury Bargain. However in case of any additional charges that may occur in the process of delivering an item, the customer will be informed of the same prior to shipment of the item, via email as well as phone.
We promise delivery within 10 working days from the date of conforming your order. In cases of delayed delivery we will keep you informed via email and phone.
